I visited CSS to see if I could test the new '23 890 Adventure, as it's on my shortlist of bikes to replace my recently sold adventure bike. The gentleman seemed nice enough, but I was informed that I would not be able to test a bike unless I placed a deposit to buy one. I was somewhat confused, as isn't that the purpose of demo bikes? Maybe they didn't have a new demo bike. So it's a no from me and I'll visit a larger dealer further away.

I took my bike (Husqvarna Vit) for its first service yesterday, and I have to say I was really impressed with the team here, as well as the dealership as a whole. I am not a KTM sort of guy (considering the Vit uses a 373 KTM engine, I mean more in the look/design concept). However, if you like KTMs, I would recommend visiting this dealership. It has plenty of KTM gear and bikes! Tony who I believe owns this dealership is your typical biker, very open, friendly, and relaxed. The service team, I can say the same for as well. I would also say that I was pleased with the professionalism of the service team, where I was provided a detailed debrief of what was done during my service. Finally, the cost of the service was not too bad either, considering the rising cost of everything nowadays. I will be using this dealership again in future for my next service.

Partner spent near on £10000 with this company on a 2023 husqvarna. Great service while they take your money but after care is non existant. We questioned some paint flaking after 2 months on the frame considering 2023 and not 3 months old. After many attempts to ring and talk to tony he eventually rang us back to which was very rude, denied any help or resolution and was told to go to husqvarna even though clearly on website states will give warranty up to 3 months, of which he tried to call me a liar and to prove it, to which i did and sent a screenshot. Surely as a husqvarna dealer, its your responsibility to contact husqvarna and claim warranty considering my contract is with you All of which to be told im being up tight like another customer the other day apparently. Definetly would not recommend BUY ELSEWHERE

Had my KTM 1290 Super Duke GT Looked after @ cssbikes today, incredible dealership, knowledgeable staff, the price was spot on and even advised on what the bike needed rather than just working from a script sheet, I have along trip ahead and I feel confident having had my service conducted @ cssbikes.
